I own a rental property in Rice Lake, WI and reside in Colorado. I worked with Dustin of Town & Country Seamless Gutters. I never had the chance to meet him in person and all of the correspondence was via e-mail or telephone. They worked around a unique situation with the separate garage building and made sure that a gutters were installed to have the water very far from certain areas of the basement.
After the install, they sent me pictures of the job that was performed. T&C even offered to haul away some old gutters I had on the property on the ground. I spoke with my tenant and the installers were very courteous and professional.
This was four months ago and the water issues on the property have improved greatly!
The current tenant mentioned today that some extra water built up in one of the gutters and I contacted Dustin. Dustin came out to fix it on the same day (Saturday.)
